More specifically, she is a licensed therapist trained in DBT, CBT, and mindfulness.

All therapy sessions overseen by Suzette are provided in a telehealth format. Due to licensure requirements, Suzette can provide individual therapy to patients in California and two other states at this time. Suzette’s focus is always on helping patients heal and become aware of their inner strengths while helping them learn to manage their emotions and move forward.

All therapy sessions are provided in a neutral, safe space, and Suzette leaves plenty of room for her patients to expound on their concerns. All patients are provided with a customized treatment plan designed to help them work through their problems and then find ways to heal and get where they want to be in life.
