Make mental health therapy part of your way forward.

It’s no secret that life is hard. At times, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, and depressed. While experiencing these emotions from time to time is completely normal, when they constantly overtake your daily life, goals, and ambitions and prevent you from achieving fulfillment, seeking mental health therapy may be the best next step.

Mental Health Therapy in California

I’m Suzette Bray LMFT, a well-known therapist with over two decades of clinical experience. Not only have I clocked thousands of hours in the therapy chair, but I’ve also become a leader, CEU facilitator, and teacher in the mental health therapy field in recent years.

I rely on an evidence-based approach for treating depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Instead of letting emotions manage my clients, I help them learn how to effectively manage their stress and feelings using proven therapy methods like CBT, mindfulness, and DBT.

In addition to providing individual mental health therapy in California, I also speak on DBT, train clinicians, and offer CEU courses. I know that deep change is uncomfortable, and as an experienced licensed therapist, I know which techniques and methodologies can help you improve your therapy skills and improve outcomes for your clients.

I’m here to push you in the right direction to get where you need to be, whether you’re a clinician looking for tools and resources or an individual looking for a way forward. To set up a mental health therapy appointment or to learn about upcoming trainings, speaking events, and available resources, contact me today.

I offer mental health therapy to clients in Studio City, Burbank, Brentwood, Los Feliz, and the rest of California, as well as Arizona and Florida.
